Find your Model and Serial Number
Your phone model number is located on the back of the phone. On some phones you may also type   * # 0 6 #   to display your serial number.
Remove your phone's battery and check the identification sticker on the back of your Nokia mobile phone.
1. Input *#0000# on your device. (Some phones will display the model number when this code is entered.)
2. Switch off the device and remove the battery. The model number is printed on the white label inside your device.
3. Check your original sales package or box.
4. Check your user guide.
5. Reference your proof of purchase/receipt/contract.
