Can I get a refund for a navigation feature that’s now free?
No. We can’t refund any Nokia Maps navigation licences or vouchers that you’ve already bought.
You can keep using your licence until it runs out, or upgrade to Nokia Maps 3.03 or later version with free navigation
Check if your phone is compatible with Nokia Maps 3.03 or later version
If your device is not compatible with maps 3.03 or later version, you can renew your licence after it runs out.
