To read an e-mail, go to your mailbox. If you have selected the e-mail mini-view on your home screen, that will tell you about new messages. Tapping the e-mail mini-view takes you to your mailbox.

You can also go to your mailbox by selecting Menu > Messaging > your mailbox.

• Read received e-mail - Tap the e-mail to open it.
  Note! If you are using a service other than Nokia Email, an e-mail addressed to you is not automatically received by your device. First, connect to your remote mailbox. Select your mailbox > Options > Connect.
• Reply only to the sender – Select Options > Reply > To sender.
• Reply to all recipients – Select Options > Reply > To all.
• Forward an e-mail – Select Options > Forward.

To write an e-mail:

1. Select Options > Create message > E-mail.
   Tip! You can also tap the New e-mail icon.
2. Insert the e-mail’s recipient(s).
• You can enter the e-mail addresses directly in the To field.
• If you want to import e-mail addresses from Contacts, select Option > Add recipient.
• Use a semicolon to separate entries.
3. You can use the Cc field to send a copy to other recipients.
4. Enter the subject of the e-mail in the Subject field.
5. Enter your message in the text area.
6. Select Options > Send.

To open an e-mail attachment:

• Open the e-mail that has the attachment
• Tap the attachment

To attach a file:

• Open new e-mail.
• Tap the Insert icon.
• Select the attachment you want to add.
• To delete an attachment from an e-mail that you are sending: Select the attachment and Options > Remove.

When in mailbox, you can adjust settings and make selections such as:

1. Listen: you can listen to your e-mails, e.g. when driving.
2. Sort by: Sort e-mails by date, sender or subject.
3. Mark/Unmark: mark messages that are read.
4. E-mail settings: various settings, such as connection, user and retrieval settings to adjust.

To adjust these settings, select Options when in mailbox.
