Large phonebook

Did you know that now it's easy to keep in touch with all of your friends. You can store up to 1000 contacts in your phone's large phonebook.

Fine tune your contact list

If you want to see a picture of your friend when you are receiving a call, you can add an image to the contact information stored in your phone'a memory. To add the image or other details, search for the contact to which you want to add a detail, and select Details > Options > Add detail. Select from the available options.

In the phone memory you can save different types of phone numbers, a tone, an image or a video clip, and short text items for a contact. Select Menu > Contacts > Settings, and ensure that the Memory in use is Phone or Phone and SIM.

Use Bluetooth safely

You can protect your device against unwanted content by hiding your phone from other Bluetooth devices, when you are not using Bluetooth connectivity. Select Bluetooth > Off or My phone's visibility > Hidden to do this. Also, do not pair with or accept connection requests from unknown devices.

E-mails on the go

You can access your POP3 or IMAP4 e-mail account with your phone to read, write, and send e-mail. This e-mail application is different from the SMS e-mail function. To add an e-mail account, select Menu > Messaging > Options > Add mailbox to start the e-mail setup wizard and follow the instructions.
