Select Menu > Settings > Rest. factory sett. (or Reset device).

1. To reset only preference settings, but keep all personal data, such as contacts, messages and media file, select Restore settings only.
2. To reset all preference settings and delete all personal data, select Restore all.

3. Enter the security code before the restore. If you have never changed your security code, then enter the default code 12345. If your phone still requests a security code, please bring it to the nearest Nokia Care point for inspection.
   

To lock the keypad in the standby mode, press the center Navi (scroll) key and then the * key. To unlock, press the same keys.

4. Go back to the Personal Configurations Settings menu, where you should see a new access point created. 
5. Select Options > Activate.

Refresh or update the music library. Open Music player (or Media player), select Options > Refresh library (or Update library).
