Set up the Bluetooth connection

Bluetooth wireless technology allows you to connect compatible devices without cables. You can pair your device with another one (your computer for example) and share content quickly. A Bluetooth connection does not require the devices to be in line of sight, but the maximum distance between the devices is 10 meters.

To pair devices:

1. Select Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Bluetooth.
2. Select My phone’s name and enter a name for your phone.
3. Activate the Bluetooth connections by selecting Bluetooth > On.
4. Pair your phone with the headset by selecting Paired devices > Add new device.
5. Scroll to a found device and select Add.
6. Enter a pass code (up to 16 characters) and allow the connection on the other Bluetooth device.

If you are concerned about security, turn off the Bluetooth function, or set My phone’s visibility to Hidden. Only accept Bluetooth communication from those you trust.
