Select Menu > Settings > Rest. factory sett. (or Reset device or Restore factory sett. or Rest. fact. sett.).
Enter the security code before the restore. If you have never changed your security code, then enter the default code 12345. If your phone still requests a security code or if you forget , please bring it to the nearest Nokia Care point for inspection.
You can activate call divert to voice mailbox so that the caller can leave message to your voice mailbox when you are not available.

No. The amount of consecutive incorrect lock codes is not limited and you cannot lock your Nokia device permanently by entering wrong lock codes. However, if you enter the wrong lock code for 5 consecutive times, the device is locked for 5 minutes during which time it doesn't accept any codes, not even the correct one.
Note that some applications may add security measures of their own if an incorrect lock code is given too many times. For example with Mail for Exchange the administrator can define that all the data in the device is deleted when a maximum number of lock code retries is reached. The device may show in this situation the following warning message:
Incorrect lock code. One attempt left before data is deleted.
If a wrong lock code is still given after the above warning, the device is reset and all the user data is wiped out.
This is a feature. First time when you activate the security keyguard, you are asked to choose a code. This code will then be active. However, after restoring factory settings, the security code is set undefined or reset to 12345. To set the code again or change the code, select Menu > Settings > Security > Access codes > Create security code or Change security code.
Yes. During a call, press the selection key Loudspeaker (or Loudsp.). If the screen or keypad is locked, unlock it first. Then you can continue the call and at the same time open another application via Menu or Options > Menu.
If you are in application view when receiving a call, answer the call, then go to the idle screen to press the Loudspeaker (or Loudsp.) button.
