Take a picture

Use the camera in your device to take a picture or record a video. You can adjust the camera settings to match the environment with different scene modes – no matter whether you are taking a picture of your favourite scenery or a portrait of your friend. Using the camera is possible even in dim environments; the LED flash will give you the light you need.

Three steps to take a picture

1. Press the capture key to activate the camera.
2. Press the capture key halfway down to lock the autofocus on the object.
3. Press the capture key all the way down to take the picture.

Avoid blurry pictures

• Let the autofocus lock onto the object before taking the picture.
• Do not move the device before the picture is taken.
• Use flash in dimly lit environments.
• Select Self timer > 2 seconds to delay taking the image and keep your hand steady when the picture is taken.
