Instructions for installing WAP settings on the Nokia 7610 for use on Rogers Wireless network:

• Go into menu, select Settings > Connection > Access Points.
• On screen message appears No access points defined. Define now? > Yes.
• Select Connection name, > Options > Change. Key in Rogers WAP > OK.
• Scroll down to Data bearer which should say GPRS. (If not, select Options > Change > GPRS).
• Scroll down to Access point name, > Options > Change > goam.com > OK.
• Select User name, select Options > Change then key in wapuser1 (all lowercase) > OK.
• Prompt password should be defaulted to NO. (If not, select Options > Change and change it to NO > OK.)
• Scroll down to Password, > Options > Change > wap (all lowercase) > OK.
• Authentication will be defaulted to Secure;> Options > Change and change it to Normal > OK.
• Scroll down to homepage select Options > Change and key in http://to5vdb.int.gprs.rogers.com:8582/start.wml > OK.
• Select Options > Advancedsettings > Select.
• Scroll down to Proxy Server Address, > Options > Change and key in 172.025.000.107 > OK.
• Scroll down to Proxy Port Number > Options > Change and key in 80 then press OK
• Select Back until you reach the main screen.

Instructions for installing WAP settings on the Nokia 7610 for use on the Fido network:

• Go into menu, select Settings > Connection > AccessPoints.
• On screen message appears No access points defined. Define now? Select Yes.
• Select Connection name, > Options >Change. Key in Fido WAP then press OK.
• Scroll down to Data bearer which should say GPRS.(If not, select Options>Change>GPRS).
• Scroll down to Access point name > Options > Change and key in wap.fido.ca and press OK.
• Leave User name empty.
• Prompt password should be defaulted to NO. (If not, select Options then select Change and change it to NO then press OK.)
• Leave Password empty.
• Authentication will be defaulted to Secure; > Options > Change > Normal then press OK.
• Scroll down to homepage select Options>Change and key in http://wap.fido.ca then press OK.
• Select Options > Advancedsettings > Select.
• Scroll down to Proxy server address > Options > Change and key in prox1.fido.ca then press OK.
• Scroll down to Proxy Port Number > Options > Change and key in 8080 then press OK.
• Select Back until you reach the main screen.
