Nokia Multimedia Transfer for Mac

You can use Nokia Multimedia Transfer to transfer photos and videos from iPhoto albums, smart albums and album folders to your device.

Choose what you want to transfer

When you add a new device, Nokia Multimedia Transfer will go through a short set up process for that device. If you want to transfer iPhoto content to your device, make sure the Enable iPhoto transfer box is ticked. You can also choose which albums to transfer to your device.

If you change your albums on your Mac, Nokia Multimedia Transfer makes the changes on your Nokia device next time you connect.

If you want transfers to start automatically when you connect your device, select Device settings > General and select Start transfers automatically when device is connected.

To change your settings, select Device settings > Photos from the Nokia Multimedia Transfer icon in the menu bar.

Photo resizing

Choose whether photos transferred to your device are resized or left untouched. If you resize your photos, they take up less space on your device.

To resize your photos, make sure the Photo resizing box is ticked, and then choose the resizing option. This will apply to all photos transferred from iPhoto to your device.

Start a transfer

Start a transfer by selecting Start iPhoto transfer. See the progress of the transfer by clicking on Nokia Multimedia Transfer in the menu bar. When the transfer is complete a notification message is briefly displayed.
