If you experience a problem with a Nokia Original Accessory, please return the item to your local dealer where you purchased the product. Your local dealer will help determine the problem and if your accessory is covered under the Nokia warranty.

All Nokia accessories have a 1-year limited warranty with the exception of leather cases which have a 3 month limited warranty.


If your dealer is not able to assist you or if you prefer to contact Nokia directly about a problem with your accessory, please call us or send an e-mail. Our customer care representatives can offer technical assistance.

If you prefer, you may send your Nokia accessory directly to our repair centre for warranty coverage. Include a copy of your proof of purchase for warranty verification. Include a description of the problem, your phone number, and the address for return shipping.
